All work done by child models is strictly controlled under the terms of the French law dated 12 July 1990 (hypertext link) and articles L 763.1 (hypertext link) et seq. of the French Labour Code. SERGENT-MAJOR strongly recommends parents wishing to arrange for their child to work as a model, to read through these legal texts. SERGENT-MAJOR undertakes to forward solely the names and addresses of modelling agencies approved by the Departmental Committee referred to in article L211.7 (hypertext link) of the French Labour Code.
